Faith

Peter wrote that our faith is more precious than gold that is perishing (1 Peter 1:7). Did you know that gold is indestructible? It does not rust or corrode. Fire cannot destroy it, which is why gold is melted over and over and reused as needed. And yet as indestructible as it is, compared to genuine faith, it is perishing. This means when faith is genuine, nothing in Heaven or earth can destroy it.
